While using Galaxy you may provide your phone number and email.
In your profile you may add your personal details: name, last name, date of birth, gender, location, photo, appearance, relationship status, parental status, income, education, type of accommodation, owning of a car, attitude on smoking, attitude on alcohol, religion, language and other information about yourself that you input. By providing these personal details you agree that they can be visible to other users due to the functionality of the application.
We also collect your location by IP address and information about the device you’re using.
We record, classify, store and use your personal information in compliance with the current statutory requirements.

What do we use your personal information for?
The personal information we collect from you may be used to recover your account if you lose your recovery code. Your personal information helps our support team provide you with a recovery code to your account.
Your personal details are used to provide you with the functions in the application and improve the user experience.
Your location and information about the device you’re using are used to provide you with the relevant recommendations and improve the user experience.
We don't send periodic emails or use your email address to administer contests, promotions, surveys or other similar material.

How do we protect your personal information?

We take all technical and legal measures to ensure the protection of your personal data from any unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other illegal actions.

Child Safety Standards
We don’t allow content that sexualises or endangers children, real or fictional (e.g. anime, digital images, media, text, illustrations). This includes any visual depictions, sharing third party links, or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child. It’s prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material, even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about this issue.
We don't allow imagery that involves the sexual abuse of a child or lascivious exhibition of genitalia and intimate areas. Moreover,we don't allow types of obscene or exploitative imagery that include or represent children, such as cartoon depictions of child sexual abuse or attempts at humorous representations of child sexual exploitation.
Any violation of this policy will result in a user being removed from Galaxy. If we become aware of apparent child sexual exploitation, child grooming, or child abuse, we will report it to the authorities.
If you come across any content that violates this policy, report it through the app or directly via email at support@mobstudio.ru.

Your Consent
By using Galaxy you consent to our Privacy Policy and certify that the information you provide about yourself is accurate to the extent necessary for using Galaxy.
You also acknowledge that the information you post about yourself in Galaxy may become available to other users of Galaxy and may be copied and distributed by such users. We do not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill obligations to the user. For the purpose of verifying the legality of the information you publish, we may request a copy of an identity document or another document containing the user’s first name, last name, and photograph, as well as other additional information that is necessary and sufficient to identify the user and prevent abuse and violations of third-party rights. We may also process other information obtained as a result of your actions within Galaxy, including photographs. This information about you may be accessible to other persons.
This consent remains in force without limit of time and can be revoked by sending the appropriate notice to mobstudio@mobstudio.ru.
